Can I return a purchase?
Yes, but returns will only be accepted if an item is proven to be faulty or if a mistake has been made on our behalf. In these cases we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or a credit note.
How do I return a purchase?
Please contact us if you are unhappy with an item and would like to return it. No items may be returned without prior agreement.
Can I cancel my order?
This depends on when the order was placed and how quickly you have contacted us to cancel. Online orders are processed immediately making it very difficult to cancel an order before it has been completed.
However if you do need to cancel your order please contact us with your order information and we will do our best to accommodate.
When will I receive my purchases?
We aim to ship orders within 2/3 days, depending on availability of books; and estimate delivery time to be 7/10 working days from receipt of order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postal service.
You will be informed via email or telephone if there are any problems processing your order which may lead to a delay in delivery.
