Pricing & Product information
All prices and delivery costs are clearly stated on the website. If we find an item is under-priced by mistake, we are not liable to sell you the item at that price unless the order has been processed and you have been sent notification that the item has been dispatched.
All our product information and prices are regularly updated and, subject to errors, correct at time of order. If the cost of an ordered item has changed, we will contact you by email or telephone to confirm whether you want to proceed, or cancel the order.
Unless by prior arrangement, no goods will be transferred until paid for in full.
This website must not be used for any other purpose than searching for a title or placing an order with us.
It must not be used for any transmitting of illegal or objectionable material, the breaching of any laws including copyright and unauthorised access or disrupting the network or website or causing interference and enjoyment of the site for other users.
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually inform you that the goods are available. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that we inform you that the goods are available (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
If we cannot fulfil an order, or an item you receive is damaged, we will either offer a full refund or to replace the item as soon as possible. We have no other liability to you.
We reserve the right not to sell to trade customers for re-sale purposes.
Our website requires regular maintenance and occasionally may be unavailable for short periods of time. We aim to minimise such downtime, but cannot guarantee that the site will be available at any given time.

We do not accept any liability for direct or indirect damages, any loss of data, income or profit or damage to property and third party claims, from the use of this site. However we do not limit our liability for death or personal injury, if it arises as a result of our negligence.
The bookshop will never share any of your personal information (your address, email, phone number, etc) with any third party (meaning any person or organisation not connected to the bookshop). Your information will only be used for the purpose of processing your orders and contacting you about your orders. If you have given us permission to contact you for other purposes, you may also receive emails about bookshop news and information.
